I don't like high-pressure salesmen so I don't typically look forward to the process of buying a new car. Karolis Urniežius at UAB Mototoja knew exactly how to help me without making me feel pressured or bothered. I stopped in on a very busy day at the dealership and when I left with intentions to return another day, Karolis followed up with me regularly, but not too frequently. When I eventually returned, he accurately read my verbal and non-verbal queues, answered my questions or chased down answers to my questions, and honestly advised me on additional coverage without pushing anything I didn't want or need. Now I have used Toyota Yaris and I think to return for brand new Toyota after couple of years.
