DPD is the worst delivery company you can ever work with. They never call before delivering. They say they called but it is not true. They treat parcels like animals (they probably play rugby with parcels) because they destroy the content in ways that would otherwise be impossible to destroy it. If you ask for a refund  they refuse the reimbursementand say that is your fault. I advise everybody to not work with DPD at all. You will save time, money and health.
