Foundation – screwed piles, monolithic ferroconcrete grillage.

External walls – bearing – monolithic ferroconcrete, lagged by stone wool, incontinent – clay or other blocks of similar characteristics, facades – suspended, ventilated, in place decorated daub.

Internal walls between flats: bearing – monolithic, with warm and sound isolation, daubed once, not bearing – three-ply, gypsum or similar characteristics bloc masonry with warm or sound isolation inside. Seams daubed. Sepals between rooms and sanitary units – gypsum or similar characteristics bloc masonry. Seams daubed.

The roof – superposed (flat), lagged by stone wool, covered by bituminous principal rolled garment. The rain gutter system installed.

Floor and ceiling – monolithic ferroconcrete, seams refurbished. Ceiling of the flat – not decorated.

The floor in flat, except bathroom, equating layer of concrete with warm and sound isolation, in bathroom – hydro isolation.

Windows- cases – plastic, with one tube pack and one selective glass.

Balconies and terraces of monolithic ferroconcrete, warmed up, fully decorated, foreseen places for snow melting.

Mailed doors to enter the flat.

Heating system – water is the career of the heat, fuel – gas, heat is prepared in local boiler-rooms, which are on roofs of sixteen floor houses. Installed collector heating system. There are white steel radiators with thermostatic regulators.

Ventilation  - there are ventilating chanels for „passive“ ventilation in bathroom and in the kitchen.

Called water is supplied by city magistral system. Hot water is supplied from local boiler-rooms.  Counters of hot and called water and propadeutical ventils are in every floor of staircase.

The capacity of electricity in the flat is not less than 8 kW. There are two rates counters in every flat.  

There are two cables of fifth category which may be used for internet, or for local or city phone and IP telephony. There is also TV cable, which may be used for local or cable TV.  Preservation signal in the flat is installed partially and is connected to the common security stand of the complex. There will be a local telephone station, which may be used for local calls.

There are underground parking under the houses. Parking and garages are not decorated, they are unheated. Entrances gates to the underground parking are automatic. There is an extra parking near the complex.  

There are two entrances two the staircases. There is one elevator in eleven floor houses and two elevators in the sixteen floor houses. General usage rooms are fully decorated. There are special rooms for bicycles, children transpor and sledges.  There is entrance control system.

The swarding will be made by stages.
